BenQ LK936ST 4K HDR Short Throw Laser Golf Simulator Projector

BenQ LK936ST 4K HDR Short Throw Laser Golf Simulator Projector

Bring true 4K detail and bright, color-accurate projection to your golf simulator with the BenQ LK936ST.

Designed specifically for premium golf simulator environments, the LK936ST combines 4K UHD resolution, 5,100 ANSI lumens of laser brightness, short-throw projection, and flexible installation controls to produce a large, sharp image without requiring excessive room depth.

True 4K UHD Resolution

The LK936ST delivers 3840 × 2160 resolution with more than 8.3 million pixels on screen.

That extra detail helps make course textures, fairways, greens, hazards, and ball flight appear sharper and more lifelike on large simulator screens.

5,100 ANSI Lumens of Laser Brightness

With 5,100 ANSI lumens, the LK936ST is designed to maintain a bright, usable image even in simulator rooms with some ambient light.

That makes it a strong fit for golf rooms that double as entertainment spaces, media rooms, or family game rooms.

Short-Throw Design for Golf Simulator Spaces

The 0.81–0.89 throw ratio allows the projector to create a large image from a relatively short distance.

This helps reduce shadows and glare caused by the golfer standing between the projector and the screen, while also making the LK936ST easier to install in rooms with limited depth.

Golf Mode for More Natural Course Colors

BenQ’s dedicated Golf Mode is tuned to improve the appearance of greens and blues commonly found in golf simulation software.

The result is more natural-looking grass, skies, and course scenery compared with generic business-projector color modes.

92% Rec.709 Color Coverage

The LK936ST covers 92% of the Rec.709 color gamut, giving it stronger color accuracy than many high-brightness projectors built primarily for presentations.

That helps the projector work well for both simulator play and movie or sports viewing.

Flexible Lens Shift

The projector provides extensive manual lens shift:

• Vertical: ±60%
• Horizontal: ±23%

This gives installers more freedom to position the projector without relying heavily on digital image correction.

3D Keystone and Image Adjustment

For more complicated installations, the LK936ST also supports 3D keystone adjustment:

• Vertical: ±40°
• Horizontal: ±40°
• Rotation: ±40°

This makes it easier to square the image when the projector cannot be mounted in a perfectly centered position.

Long-Life Laser Light Source

The laser light source is rated for approximately:

• 20,000 hours in Normal mode
• Up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode

That eliminates routine lamp replacement and makes the projector well suited for long-term home or commercial simulator use.

High Contrast and Deep Image Detail

BenQ specifies a dynamic contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, helping the projector produce stronger separation between bright highlights and darker course or movie scenes.

Built for Golf and Entertainment

The LK936ST is not limited to golf simulation.

Its 4K resolution, HDR support, high brightness, wide color coverage, and HDMI connectivity make it equally capable for:

• Home theater
• Sports viewing
• Gaming

• Multi-purpose entertainment rooms

BenQ specifically positions the LK936ST as a dual-use golf simulator and media-room projector.
